Donations made to us on the Site are processed using a third-party payment system provided by the bank of your choice. No Credit card information is stored by the Creative Hands Website. Bank details
If you make a donation online, or purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, but is collected by our third party payment processors who specializes in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. The only time we will hold your credit/debit card information is if you phone us to make a donation or payment or if you post us a paper copy of a donation form with these details. In that case the information is locked securely until processed and then destroyed as soon as the payment is made.

Who has access to your information?
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, nor do we share it with them for marketing purposes.

Shipping costs apply for orders under 50 Euros within Greece and all international orders. Orders over 50 euros within Greece are free of charge. When your order with Creative Hands is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information in order to keep track of your order. Creative Hands is not liable for any delays that may occur once the parcel has been given to the Courier. However, we will be happy to assist our customers in any way possible.

RETURNS:  We appreciate your business and want you to enjoy the handwoven/crafted goods you purchase from Creative Hands. Whenever you’re not satisfied with an item, you’ve purchased from our store, you may return the item for any reason, within 30 DAYS of your purchase, and we’ll be happy to exchange it for another item.

We’ ll pay for shipping the exchanged item to you.
